Both of these cpu heatsinks are about the same price so I'm trying to decide which one is better.

I'm not too concerned with sound and will only be doing some slight overclocking
 
Hehe. I use the Freezer 64. The thing works great, and it blows upwards which can be a good or bad thing.

I idle around 32 celsius with a 2800 a64 @ 2.3. After about 5 hours of Counterstrike source It goes up to 45. Not to bad. Easy to put on too, I hear about some mounting problems with the xp-90's.
 
I have a Freezer 64 that I need to get rid of.

It is near perfect condition some slight bends in like 2 of the heatsink layers near the top of the heatsink.

I got it with a CPU I bought on Ebay and I have not used it.
