Arctic Cooling or Thermalright?

I have two older quiet heatsinks laying around and I am doing a MediaCenter build. Which one would be better to use? The Thermalright XP120 with a Zalman 92MM fan or a older Arctic Cooling AC64 tower style cooler? It will be cooling a AMD 4400+ X2. Since it will be in a media center I want it as quiet as possible without killing the processor.

Any opinions?
 
XP120's probably more effective. Zalman's never had a reputation as a producer of silent fans ... so the AC64's (properly undervolted) should be quieter.
 
I have dozens of AC Freezer Pro 64s at work for around 3 to 5 years. No problems at all on these. BTW, these are very quiet in my opinion.
 
From what it looks like, most say thermalright is the better cooler.. which is my opionion. But they say the AC is quieter

so the solution looks like... get a better fan for the TR and use it.
 
I'm a fan of Thermalright. No experience with these two coolers, however, so I can't say anything beyond that.
