If you are in need of a quiet, direct contact copper heatpipe HSF that is easy to install, the crew at Tech-Kings say the Arctic Cooling Freezer i30 is a solid choice.

The Freezer i30 is an enthusiast-grade CPU cooler for the latest Intel socket 2011, as well as socket 1155 and 1156. Patented technologies, direct touch heatpipes, precision machining, a fan vibration absorption and a brand new mounting system offers you plenty of overclocking headroom at a minimal noise level.

So no pictures to show whether or not that fan is removable from the shroud? I'd fail the product if the shroud is built into the fan and cannot be reused for others. it seems to be part of the reason why the design works well.

They really didn't seem to bother to put much into the review beyond the "It's a heatsink and we'll treat it like one" standard bits.

As soon as I saw this (bolding mine)

The Freezer i30 heatsink consists of 4 double-sided direct touch heatpipes, 8mm in diameter. A patented process (20 2011 000 71.8) allows us to pack the heatpipes without gaps and thus increase the contact surface and achieve better flatness by precision machining – both leading to an improved heat transfer.

I stopped reading as the piece was obviously a placement - or worse, a bad cut'n'paste job - and therefore prima facie utterly untrustworthy as a review.

It's removable.

The reviewer is just copying what AC has shown on their website. It's no different than any other hardware review site do (though it does get repetitive).

Maybe, but it's presented as their own work. That's plagiarism or flackery and instantly discredits the article, the reviewers, and the site.
