So I instaled the Arctic cooling Freezer 64 Pro on my AMD 6000+X2 and Speedfan is reporting fan #1 which I assume is the CPU fan is running at around 500RPM. Which seems very low for this cooler. My Idle temps are showing around 45 Celsius in Speedfan.

Everest is showing me at nearly the same and that the RPM on the processor fan is running around 550RPM. Does this seem low to anyone else?

Isn't the AC Freezer RPM-controlled based on the temperature? If it is, you'll see the fan speed go up as you apply load. Try running Prime95 or Orthos and see if the load drives up the fan speed.

You can stop with the SHOUTING in the thread title. Fixing it gets old. Do it again, and I'll ban you. ;)

Sorry I copied and pasted the Name of the Cooler from the Newegg site so I wouldnt have to type it all out. Was just me being lazy. I fully expect you to go ban them for shouting. :D

Ive been playing Vanguard and its pretty CPU intensive but when i tab out it still shows the Fan running at around 500 rpm. I will try Orthos. Thanks
