Arctic Cooling Accelero Xtreme 8800

I have one. I had a 8800 GTX, that I tried to redo w/ artic silver ceramiq, and AS5 on teh core. unfortunately none of it touched, so it lead to overheating. I decided to just buy this cooler, instead of new thick thermal pads. It goes on easy, but it is a bitch to get in a case. I mean, I had to push my hard drives as far forward as I could, and it still barely fits. Its more of length issue. My other GTX, is stock everything, and it definately runs cooler then that especially under load. It also helped out w/ overclocks a little bit but not as much as I thought. I tried to overclock this card alone and can do

640/1500/2100

Anything higher and my PC will just lock up during a 3dmark test. Funny thing is I dont get any artifacts or anything, and can usually make it to the second or third test before it locks up :(
