Flash is already EVERYWHERE even the iPad, at least jailbroken ones. The iPad isn't going to kill Flash and Android doesn't really have to make it even in the slate space.

What could kill Flash is HTML 5 and in time I do think HTML 5 will supplant a lot of what Flash and other plug-ins are used for today but not everything for various reasons, some of which you've already pointed out.
