does this seem right?

My friend said he got a 60000+ and his computer is just a 2.4 P4 OC'd to 3GHZ... doesn't this seem low? =/
 
It doesn't really matter....What only counts is your gaming performance.
What games do you play..??
And how many FPS do they play at?
 
i only play cs:s right now, but i might play wow.. i dont know the command to see my fps though, i think they changed it :O

but yeah, as long as you get reasonable game FPSs, you should be okay...but my friend with a 6800gt and a 2.8 P4 and he got a 53000...so i would think you should be okay...
 
i get between like 70 and 297 fps.. but my screen shakes every few seconds.. i dont know whats wrong with it..
 
also.. quite a few textures are black instead of their intended color, wtf?

Is that the system your using ^ ^ ?
Maybe its your videocard. I just read about a ton of people complaining about their PNY 6800s.

Personally- my PNY 6800 GT works just fine- No problems.
 
ya, im using that.. but maybe the black thing happened because i alt+tabbed? i never saw it do that before, my fps seem ok.. but why am i shaking? is that video related? or could that be because i downgraded from dsl to "dsl lite" this lite shit is sucking cock.. i thought i was supposed to have at least 60k/s and decent ping... but i get 12-40k/s for 15 dollars less--still paying 25.. doesn't make sense.. i used to get 160k/s at least.. but in regular cs i get a steady ping, so im not sure if its connection related or not..
 
i put optimal settings and now i get 63,500 in aquamark.. i guess that's more reasonable.. he gets 63,500 because he has the 6800 GT..
