Aquaero 4 Problem

I have just got an aquaero v4. Everything works nicely apart from one minor annoying problem. When I reboot with it plugged into the USB controller, neither my mouse or keyboard work, until I unplug the Microsoft bluetooth USB dongle and replug it in. There isnt a problem if the aquaero isnt plugged in when I boot. I've tried the latest firmware 4.09 but the problem is still there, and my motherboard is update to the latest bios as well. Any suggestions? Is this a known problem, I did do a search but couldn't seem to find anything.

Also does anyone know where to get an Innovatek Flowmeter 2 from in the UK. The posts on here seem to suggest it gives a much high flow rate than the aquacomputer one?

Thanks

Aquaero 4 LCD OS2.03 F/W 4.09a
Asus P5N32-SLI
PD 830 @ 3.75
2 GB
Windows XP x64

Might be a windows x64 problem.,,I have an Aero with the 4.09 firmware and v4 hardware aswell and i dont have this problem in all 3 of the boards ive had with it so far.

Are you using aquasuite ver .35 or 35 or w/e it is? That might be a problem too, but im just guessing.

Where did you get it from? Does it have the latest firmware and OS installed? Which version of the Aquasuite are you using?

IIRC there was some discussion about .NET Framework not running correctly in Windows 64. Perhaps Shoggy can chime in here as I think he knows the details.

Thanks for the replys.

Firmware is 4.09, OS is 2.03, and Aquasuite version is 4.36

This problem occurs on the XP log-in screen, before the Aquasuite loads, but I do think it could well be an x64 driver problem, but as they are the standard MS drviers I'm not sure there is much I can do about it. As for .NET, Aquasuite runs fine, no problems at all

Sounds to me like a Asus bios issue. Are you using the stock bios it came with or have you updated the bios?

That had cross my mind unfortunately i have the latest bios installed. There is only a beta bios that has problems available, so hopefully they will soon release an updated one that fixes it.

I would suggest you contact ASUS support directly rather than wait for them to discover the problem.
