Aqua computer Setup Dual loop or single/split

Ok, im curious, Im going to be buying a liquid cooling setup, and I'm pretty sure i want to go with aqua computer. I love the look, and I like the control devices that you can get for the equipment. I would like to cool the CPU (an Opty 170) two video cards, the north bridge, and two harddrives. I know i dont want them on the same loop, andf my question is, can i do two loops, using one pump/aquabay, and have splitters before the blocks, and after the rads, or do i have to do two loops?

Here is what it would look like, (in words)

pump - y split1 - CPU - GPU1 - GPU 2 - 120.3 rad - y split2 - aquabay - pump
y split1 - Northbridge - hdd1 - hdd2 - 120.1 rad - y split2

you will want two entirely separate loops. when you split the flow like that, the water always flows in the path of the least resistance, which would be your nb/hdd line. what this means is that less flow is directed toward the area where it is most needed, the cpu/gpu line.
 
Thank you. I should have thought of that. Hmm.. can two aquastreams be controlled by a single Aquero?
 
i believe so... however, i dont use an aquastream on my AC setup, im using the ddc w/ 3/8" tubing.
 
Yes you want two loops.
Yes the aero can control two aquastreams.
Yes you need two radiators.

Thats what I would go with, and evo 360 and an evo 120. Im going to do a similar setup with the 360 mounted internally to the top of the case, and the 120 mounted on the back.
 
I am thinking about the MM UFO Optiplex (whichever fits the 120.3 on the bottom, under the 10 drive cages), Mounting both the 120.1 and the 120.3 inside of the case. (120.3 on the front, the 120.1 on the back on the motherboard side.
