Which Screw set goes with these three sings, Aquagra FX 6800, AquaBay, Eheim Pump, and AquaStream Controller, lol or something else.

Set three is the one you want!

There are instructions in the old AC thread on exactly how to install the block. From memory, here I go.

1. Remove existing cooler and save the four spring loaded screws and backplate that are on the back
2. Clean everything!
3. Apply your cooling paste
4. Use the plastic screws on the holes that are not the four around the GPU
5. Use the four saved bolts w/ springs and use the back plate to secure around the GPU
6. Do not overtighten any screws and bring all of the down evenly until secure

Set two looks like Aquatube mounting plate or grill screw sets.

Set one looks like grill screws.

Go to hardware store and get a metric bolt identifier. They cost about $4 and will tell you the diameter and length of your screws. :D

i got all three sets of these from aqua, i just happen to get them mixed up by accident, each picture is found in a tiny plastic bag

i just dont know which one of these screws to use for which

hmm plastic screws, i'm guessing that is for the aqua resevoir? right? to seal the glass onto the resevoir

The edit button is your friend ;)

The plastic screws are for a GPU cooler of some type. What's a manual? :D What manual did you want?

i'm having trouble setting up my aqua bay too top nurse, the resevoir has 1 bent 1 straight, and the pump has 1 bent 1 straight , i can't figure out how to get this to work

You mean 1 bent P&C and 1 Straight P&C? First step, calm down and lay it all out.

As TN pointed out, the plastic hex screws are for the NB cooler.

for water temp sensor, and flow sensor, do i need a aquero or can i use it with aqua stream? bah and why did it say on sharka site that its best to buy 1 bent 1 straight for the resevoir, when int he picture i see both are bent

The AquaStream is the pump, it has nothing to do with the temp or flow sensors. You will need an Aquaero if you want to monitor the sensors.

You need an Aquaero at the moment, but I suspect that the Multi-Switch (if it ever stops being vaporware) *might* be able to utilize the temp or flow sensor. That is just purely a guess on my part. If you want something today that is real then get an Aquaero.

sharka sell aqueros?? and do u think it's possible for sharka to replace or sell me a aqua resevoir glass plate cover? i found a dirty mark and i tried rubbing it out with my shirt then it just got worse lol, it's like the glass is plastic or something

and the fittings i have are 1/8? i also have the aqua tube so i'm guessing 1/8 i'm about to order some bent fittings now

It would be much easier for us to help if you list all the AC parts that you have.

ROFL ;) The glass is in fact plexi and there is two pieces of thin film on the plexi cover. There is the white plastic and there is some very clear stuff on the other side. Some people miss taking off the clear side and think there is something wrong with it.

AFAIK Sharka sells Aquaero's as I bought one from them and so have several other people on this board. Now whether they have them in stock at the moment is unknown and you can just go to their site and find out.

That would be the generally accepted way of doing things. But start at the sides so you don't scratch the surface. :)

This could be a syndicated episode of the Mr. Obvious Show................

let me hijack this thread for a moment: which eheim pump did Aqua OEM from?

Many of the hexhead capscrews that AC uses can be interchanged.......with a little trial and error you shouldn't have any problems, but there can be slight differences. What R1ck said above works fine for the Gfx blocks. If however you are missing one of the nylon screws don't panic, metal will work just fine. (def. use metal around the core) I found after changing out the caps screws to black on one of my Aquatubes that the lengths were slightly different....nothing that a Dremel didn't quickly take care of.
