I found this Aqua Computer CoolCurrent 450W v.3 water cooled power supply in my only AC seller in my country.
http://www.gtek.net/index.php?mode=item&id=1905&session=e30b7cbf8f97fdc707d3d54166e93bba
But is it good?? Does it have all the stability of a normal power supply? I cant find any review on it.
I allso found this power supply "Alphacool NC-480" http://www.komplett.se/k/ki.asp?sku=304993&cks=SPK
It is much cheaper but I cant find review on it...
Or is it better to buy a allmost passive power supply that uses a 120mm fan with good power rating.

How much does that cost in US dollars ?

I would not advise splurging on something that hasn't been reviewed.

The AC cost ~350$, the Alphacool ~250$. So it is not cheap but they will go down in price later on i hope. But the price is totaly diffrent in sweden, if i buy anything from the usa I get it for about 20-40% cheaper. And we have 25% taxes on everything you buy.

To give you a guide line I can list a short price list for other computer parts, the cheapest posible prices with tax and everything:
noname 512mb pc3200 ram 65.6$ 1024mb 137,5$
western sata 200gb 118,75$ seagate 300gb 206,25$
geforce7800gtx 724,4$
normal price for a power supply with low noise is 125$

Not worth it as it only cools that one spot on the power supply. I have seen one in person and was not compelled to purchase it.

for that price, either pick up a PC P&C or zippy/emacs ...

I would not spend that much on a PSU that I have no idea how well it will function.

forget about it. having a watercooled psu doesn't really do anything to your computer. are u wanting to overclock your psu? lol

besides, u are going to have fans on your radiators anyway (unless u use a passive one), one less fan from your psu won't really do anything to keep your system quiet.

if u really wanna get a quiet psu, i recommand u to get the antec phantom500 semi fanless psu. the fan only turns on when the psu gets hot :p and it cost a lot less than one of those watercooled psu.

Well first off Aqua Computer doesn't make water cooled PSU's. They rebrand the Silentmaxx PSU. It does not run water through the PSU directly, but works by radiating heat out of the case to the waterblock on the back of the PSU. It also is not a 24 pin PSU so it's usefulness is debatable.
