The Xbox 360 and PS3 need to dominate! Hardcore gaming is where its at none of these rubbish things like Wii fit I mean jesus christ do you need a game to get you off ur ass!

360 is 4.7 games per year
PS3 is 4.6 games per year
Wii is 3.7 games per year

Those numbers were from a quote of Pachter's without any sources given and can't be verified. They also contradict NPD that has the US life-to-date attach rates as of March 2008 as (source):

• Xbox 360: software sales ratio: 7.5
• Wii: software sales ratio: 5.3
• PS3: software sales ratio: 4.6

NPD tracks only retail, so that Wii ratio does not include Wii Sports but does include Wii Play (which contributes to 0.57 according to the latest April numbers).
