Apps availability

OK, so I'm tempted to bail on iPhone and go Android.
My fear is that while the phones look very powerful with all the bells and whistles, there will be only a fraction of the apps available versus what I'm used to on Apple.

How is it?

Yeah, pretty much anything worth having on IOS is available on Android now. It's just the difference of having 67 fart apps on IOS or 53 fart apps on Android available now. I'm pretty sure Android has well over 300,000 apps now too.

Some claim that the Android apps don't have the "polish" that IOS does, but then again there's usually a free (ad supported) alternative of an app too so you're not forced into buying it.

make sure you get some antivirus on your android

I switched over again

iphone2g0>iphone3g->iphone3gs->moto atrix-> iphone4-> skyrocket->probably iphone5 next

Lol, or just use common sense along with reading the comments of apps/software before you put it on your phone. They make antivirus for iOS too ;).

freeappalert.com would be the iphone equivalent. Mostly crap, but sometimes some real gems.
