Apple Wants to Start Producing Cars as Soon as 2020

I highly doubt all the rumors. They will follow Teslas track, which would make one question why the hell would you buy an Apple car over Tesla. Teslas are only getting better as well. This isnt about making a phone, but were talking about safety regulations, insurance policies, warranty, track record, etc. We dont need another car manufacturer when so many good ones are already out there. Waste of time.

Why can't Apple work on energy storage research? It is a better use of resources than automotive manufacturing.
