albiet none of the external links work becuase fking adobe ruined flash

Not ugly?

Well it looks to me like you just hide everything on the page and replaced it with some nasty flash. (I hate flash, flash is for the people who don't know any programming and want to keep it that way yet want to have a "pretty" web site.)

I used to despise MySpace as well, but it has it's uses. It is great when tons of your friends use it, just to keep in contact with them.

My MySpace page doesn't look too awful bad...but I am not a web designer, I am almost strictly a PHP/MySQL developer, and have very little experience with CSS, so it's not that great. Oh, and it has a random background (there are only 5-10 of them however) that gets loaded, so refresh the page a few times and you will see the other backgrounds.

What I really despise is IE...breaks every damn thing I try to do when I want a page to look somewhat nice.

The only problem I see with that...is when I go to the mall, and I see the Apple store...it's always crowded also. But people who leave are leaving empty handed. Most of them are teens with no money of their own, so just because it's crowded doesn't mean it's selling anything.
Window shoppers, - try it out, "pretend" like your interested

but for apple, why not let them try it? how many of those teens then run home and tell mommy and daddy how great and cool it looks? or when mommy or daddy wants a new computer, they tell themt o get that cool looking apple one :)

Apple is more or less allowing those teens to becoming free marketing.
I am sure this is some reasoning behind why dell now has store's or walkin area;s, people like the thought of trying before you buy, or see it in person, alot of people are still very iffy about buying stuff over the internet.

MySpace too cool for Apple or is it the other way around?
