I stumbled upon this on Craigslist for $100, Id' wanted to bench my GTX 690 on a single monitor with a resolution of 2560x1600 versus three 1920x1080 monitors @ 5670x1080 but didn't want to cough up the cash. He let me have it for $80 since it didn't have a power adapter but I for a U.S. seller on ebay. The adapter arrived today, hooked it up and it works fine.

My previous setup

Including the power adapter the monitor cost me $220. Not too bad but I'm still eyeing this
Dell 28 Ultra HD 4K Monitor - P2815Q

This my dream screen, the LG 34UC97 Cineview Curved Ultrawide LED Monitor IPS 2HDMI WQHD 34" 3440x1440 World's First 21:9

But that's going to be a whole new build.

The 4K Dell is 30hz and you can easily resell the ACD to an Apple zealot for a few hundred more and buy a good 27" 1440p monitor with far less IPS glow (30" vs 27" glow), deeper blacks, better colours, a non grainy matte coating (all CCFL back-lit 30" use the same coating as the 305Q Pro) and less ghosting. The LG 97 has twice as much input lag as the non-curved version which one can buy along with a colorimeter for the less than the price of the curved version, but end up with better colours.

How did you score this for $100? Holy cow. I see these on craigslist for like $450-600 all the time.

Also the Dell 2815Q is a 30Hz TN monitor, you should be eyeing the Dell 2715Q instead (60Hz IPS monitor)
