Apple 21" CRT on a PC

Is there any way to set this monitor up using a PC? It is a G3 era monitor with a blue see through shell, a VGA connector and a USB connector. There doesn't seem to be a way to change the settings.
 
a vga connector as in a normal 15 pin d-sub? if it fits it should work. if not, you can buy an adapter.
 
yea the plug is a VGA, but there is no way to get an on screen display for adjustment, the only button on the monitor besides the power button does nothing.
 
Some video card drivers will let you change the settings. There are also 3rd party apps that will help you. Powerstrip may do it but I'm not sure. Pretty much you have to adjust the setting on the video card since you can't with the monitor.
