App that splits folder windows?

Hi, all. :)
Does anyone know of an app (for Win7) that lets you divide folder windows? (each division must show contents from the same folder, rather than each one being like, "My Documents", "My Computer", etc...)

Like this:

The idea is: let's say you're tired of every one of your projects requiring folders-within-folders-within-folders, and having to dig so far in, to find a certain file. So, if you just divide the TOP folder into sections, you can have everything visible at once.

Is there an app that does this? I need one, but can't find anything.
