App for voltages?

voltages are causing me a headache ! I have both the BIOS and the NVIDIA control panel applet as well as CPUZ all giving me different voltages for the same component e.g. CPU core.

what do I trust? I am leaning toweards the BIOS but the CPUZ is showing higher - which is the real voltage ? dont wanna blow the chip!
Any reliable app out there that allows accurate manipuation of voltages ?

Any suggestions?
