installing new apogee gt, should i use the supplied arctic ceramiq or good ole as5???

I don't think it really matters. Whatever you like.

The temp differences will be minimal. You'll see maybe 1-2C lower with AS5 versus Ceramique. The trade off is that AS5 can conduct whereas the Ceramique won't.
