APC SMT3000 - no input voltage

I was supposed to win an APC 1500VA UPS from a local auction. I got to pick up the device and found out it was huge and weighs a lot. Turns out, the box had an APC UPS SMT3000 in it (which I got for $70). The batteries are from July 2017 and the display on the unit works fine.


This takes a 30A circuit and has a locking power plug. I ran that yesterday and was planning on moving my main server to this UPS. I plug in the UPS - the display panel reports there is no AC power. I checked the circuit with my voltmeter - it reads 120V (which is what is should be for this UPS). The circuit breaker hasn't tripped (duh - can't read 120 if it did).


Both batteries in the ups are plugged in. I took the back panel off - didn't see a fuse or anything. I might take the case off today and monkey around with it. This ups is actually easy to open up and is somewhat serviceable.


Anyone have any ideas? If I can get this sucker going, it will be a good deal. It passes self tests so hoping it's something kind of simple. This beast weighs 116 lbs. It's the size of a midtower.
