APC or Tripp-Lite for a UPS?

I have to replace my UPS, and I'm basically looking at two models:

The APC Back-UPS RS1500
Tripp Lite 1500VA UPS Smart Pro

Both have basically the same specs (AVR, line interactive, etc.), but which do you think is better quality?

I have always used APC & none has ever failed, however the Tripp-Lite should be good, too.

At the price range of those two products (350-400ish) I would actually look at a third option unless for somereason your really need 1500va. I would look at the Tripp Lite SU1000XLA Here is just one listing for it http://www.provantage.com/tripp-lite-su1000xla~7TRPL1KT.htm

It is a true online double conversion UPS as opposed to just a line interactive.
