If the best my engineers can come up with is something that's already being sold by something else, I'd fire the whole lot of them. The whole industry collapses when Apple doesn't upgrade their cases on time.
 
that looks pretty slick, i want one, but will probably have to wait like 5 years

On the contrary, I think that AOpen's design was born not in the engineering department but in the marketing department.
 
From what I've been reading, the whole project was instigated by Intel to show that the new Pentium M could fit in such a small package. Doesn't say much for Intel. What surprises me is that Apple's lawyers haven't jumped all over this yet. Remember the e-machine? That little blue All-in-one that was put out right after the bondi-blue iMac? Apple creamed it with lawsuits, effectively killing it. A-open (Acer) isn't doing themselves any favors with this project. :confused:
