easiest way to lvl.. as i was told from my guild. is to do all the night time quests. also if you get stuck beteween quests... do daytime quests. to be honest 30 minutes of questing is like 2 hours of leveling... you get just as much exp.

oh come on now just last night i got a new piece that added a button to my outfit and changed nothing else


yeah the item graphics are kind of boring so far

Compared to other MMO launches I have been in (EQ, EQ2, WoW, DAoC...), so far AoC has been downright spectacular.

The biggest thing I hear my friends bitching about is that the game just runs like shit and does not scale very well on older hardware. While its fun and all to see the game on a higher end system, one of the things that keeps a lot of people playing WoW is the fact that is runs fine on pretty much anything, and still looks decent due to the art style (this is also why tons of people still play Source engine games too). Also the video options in AoC are poorly utilized and do not seem to correspond with the performance very well. Go put the settings on "Low" and the game basically looks worse than an original Playstation game. The default low setting should be something that looks a lot better than that :rolleyes:

Well to be fair, source games (atleast TF2) does not run very well on lower end hardware.. that or it just looks really bad and blurry, heh :p

Yes I ran out of quests at 45, I have nothing but repeatable grind quests left, which suck because thats all anyone else has too so the spots are camped. I just started playing mass effect instead and am thinking of canceling until they game stops sucking :(

Wow, I don't think I've had to grind yet, and I'm level 50. Just go back to other towns, and talk to random people without the "!" over their head. Sometimes they will give you quests.

I think the weapons are very cool. At least all of mine have been thus far. The armor, clothing, and other wearables are generally terrible looking. Not in graphics quality or detail, but just aweful in design. I've seen rare exceptions to this.
 
I just got a new shirt for my assassin, so she no longer looks like Stripperella. Which is good...I guess.
 
I've seen some really cool armor and weapons on lvl50+.. more designs are being added soon in a patch.
