Anyway to disable the tear off tab in FF?

I find myself accidentally clicking and pulling on a tab thus it opens in a new window. I downloaded an addon called bug489729 that is supposed to fix it but it still happens.

I have version 5 if that matters.

When they first added that feature, if you clicked a tab and drug it just one pixel, it would tear off. That was annoying. Right now though you have to drag it completely off the tab. Are you really holding on that long?
