Anything to do with a Jornada 680?

Well, I've had an old Jornada sitting in my basement for a while, with no use because I don't have a sync cable. I finally broke down and ordered a wireless adapter for it, which I should be able to network and transfer files (I might have to borrow my friend's laptop with an IR port to put the drivers on,) and I want to know what exactly I can get out of it.

I'm hoping to use it to browse the web, and hopefully have some type of messenging program on it (AIM, Gaim, w/e.) I already have MS Office on it, is there anything else worth putting on?

Any application sites or w/e would be appreciated.

It runs windows CE 3.0, Core version 2.11.
