anyone using ati drivers 5.12 seen more than 1 cli.exe in task manager?

i noticed time to time i have 3 cli.exe running in task manager. im guessing theres only suppose to be 1 running.

ati drivers 5.12 and i belive cli.exe has to do with catalyst control panel, not sure why 3 running.
 
I don't even bother with the Catalyst Control Panel. I use ATI TOOL. Try cleaning your drivers and just use the display driver...Unless you really like the control panel.
 
3 Running at once is normal. I think you can get rid of one by disabling the tray icon.
 
One word of caution. I love ATITool, but Medal of Honor Allied Assault would not work on my brother's computer as long as ATITool was running.

Took me long enough to figure out, and I need to report it to Wizzard, but it may have been fixed in a later version.

I did have problems with CLI.exe on startup. After more than one copy loaded, cli.exe has encountered and error, yadda yadda yadda...
 
ok, i just use ati tool to monitor temps and check if my bios flash on my x850pro to 16pipes worked, and it DID, toot sweet.
 
With CCC there will always be at least 2 CLI.exe the third appears when you have CCC showing on the bottom toolbar next to your clock on the desktop (sorry can't think of it's name)
