I was browsing the AMD site, and saw that their mobile A64 "Turion" processors consume alot less power than their desktop counterparts (37w for a 2.0 ghz). Yet they have large caches, etc. Anyone ever try them out for Folding? I have heard that they overclock decently...
Seems to me that if we could stick one in a mobo, and set it up for diskless boot, that'd save alot of power.
Thoughts?
