^^ These folks.

My sister is pretty heavy into all of that and downloaded the trial version of their Photo Zoom 2 Pro. It's excellent.

She liked it well enough that she sent payment to unlock the full version.

This was on last Thursday and as of today, right now, we have yet to even see an acknowledgement email or anything else.

They certainly had no problems charging her credit card in a hurry, though.

I don't think they're a scam or illegitimate, but we're going to give them until Thursday or Friday and then I guess my sister better call the credit card company and get that process started.

Has anyone ever done business with them? Is this typical of them or should we be concerned?

Thanks. :)

Send an email to them asking for an immediate response, or fill out their support form. It could be possible a misspelling of her email address might have occurred. Seems pretty legit though.

Been doing all of these things for the past couple of days or so.

They're legit as best I can tell. We made sure the email address was and has been entered correctly every time. I helped set it up in the first place.

EDIT: They finally got through to us this morning. Looks like they had a complete server crash and that's why they couldn't communicate. All is well now. I figured something was amiss... :)

EDIT: This really is some awesome software. Photo Zoom 2 Pro. Highly recommended! :)
