I felt compelled to update with what happened to me. At first I thought the people posting here where just whiners and contacted them thinking how bad could it be? It's bad.

With way I was treated there is no way I would trust them as a vendor.

It's too bad it appears to be a cool product.
 
I must say this is probably the best example of an inappropriate set of posts ostensibly by a company looking for additional customers on a public forum I have ever seen (And I have been around for a while.)
 
ZFS sure seems to bring out the love in people I've noticed over the past couple of years.
