Anyone swap out a 14th gen CPU with a 13th gen CPU without re-installing a new Windows 10/11 OS?

I'm debating about swapping out my 14400F on our HTPC and replacing it with a 13600T. Has anyone had any issues with their Windows 10/11 OS after doing so? I'm sure it'll be fine, but it never hurts to ask.

just swap em, windows wont care. i swapped an ssd with 10 or 11 on it between dozens and dozens of different units and it just take a couple reboots after "configuring hardware". worst case youll have to reactivate.

I've done platform changes (Intel to AMD) and Windows never barked at me to reactivate or anything, so I'm sure you'll be fine.

Depends on the key. I've had to re-activate every motherboard change. It's not hard, and Windows still works fine though.
