I bought an SSD from him and last seen was March 16. I haven't heard from him since. I still give him the benefit of the doubt since he's been here for quite sometimes and made a quite good rep.

Can you start by opening a normal PP dispute instead of going with a chargeback?

Yeah, his heat wasn’t coming up anymore. Even when the email he used. I guess I’ll do PP dispute since I have a buyer protection. He seem pretty active in this forum the past few months and I hope nothing bad happens.

Lack of communication is an instant PayPal dispute in my eyes. I don't care how busy you think you are, if you have someone's money then make 30 seconds to respond to a PM.
