I was thinking of going SFF for my next computer. I was planning on going all out this time. I wanted an AMD64 FX-55, X800 XT-PE, etc. Anyone running a small computer with very high-end components?

Mid-high. I wouldn't waste my money on anything more expensive. Why?

Guess it depends on what you consider l33t. :) We are all waiting for m-ATX boards that support socket939 so the FX55, or at least I am. There's always the Shuttle SN95, but I'd rather choose my own motherboard and have the extra PCI or PCI-E slots.

very high end? I have the SN95, ocz rev2 plat ram, a64 3500 and a 6800GT. any game plays chug free in 1280x1024 all options cranked so this setup kicks (_x_)!

TOTAL

I have 3 high-end SFF's, all three water cooled (external H20 set ups).

BUT...my main "News Rig" I am running a Shuttle SB75G with a 3.2GHz Extreme Edition processor running at 3.8GHz, 1GB of Corsair PC4400, ATi X800Pro, dual 200GB SATA HDs, DVD-RW, a crapload of USB devices and dual 19" LCDs.

You got some pics of your setup? All that stuff is making me drool! I can only imagin what kind of Holy shrine it all looks like.

Hey Steve,

What H2O setups are you using? Corsair Hydrocool units? I've looked at the all in one units aimed toward SFF's, but haven't been wow'd by the small rad's these units have.

I'm pretty sure I could run my system just fine with an Athlon64-FX and X800XT-PE. Not sure about dual 10k RPM drives though - the 7200 RPM drives already run quite hot.
