Since I probably won't look at this thread again...
Currently:
CPU: 3400+ DTR ('CG')
Chipset: nForce3 250
Cooling: Swiftech MCX64-V & 80mm @ 2200RPMs, 2*120mm 1700RPM fans, 1*120mm 1300RPM PSU Fan, 1*80x10mm 625RPMs & Silencer on vid card
VCORE: 1.55v
VMEM: 2.7v
Results: 2.4GHz, 240fsb, 2.5-3-3-7
Probable:
VCORE: 1.65v
VMEM: 2.8v
Results: 2.5GHz 260-265fsb, 2.5-3-3-7
^ Tested the max on everything individually, but waiting on PSU to confirm.

The mobo listed in your sig comes up as a full atx. I can't find any 939 micro boards at all, and all the 754 micros are via's.
