the Best Buy off of LBJ in Farmers Branch has about 30 of them in stock. I know this isn't "hot" but from what I gather these are a little hard to come by.. but then again I could be wrong because I haven't been keeping up with this stuff.

Yes, they are hard to find at normal price. People have been reselling them for higher than MSRP since nobody seems to get them in stock for more than a few days.
