I recently bought this case to go with my new PC that I had built. However, the front fan doesn't work. The person who built it for me said no matter what he did he couldn't get it to spin, he even said he tried it on different PCs. I am curious if this is a known issue, or if not, if I can get a new fan? He said that was a special fan and he didn't have any like that.
 
They're 180mm fans I believe...

You'll have to Call Xclio, or newegg, and get them to ship a replacement.
 
RMA'ing cases is a big pain in the ass now. You could swap the side panel one to the front for a temporary fix.

wish it was like the old days when newegg would comp u a new case :D
 
Oops, I meant the side doesn't work, my bad. I emailed Xclio but they still haven't responded. Will any 180mm fan work, or is that a proprietary fan? Also, it says they have a way to control the speed of the fan, where would it be?
 
Well any 180mm fan will work, but 180mm fans are a bit hard to come by. There are several ways to control the speed of a fan, either using the mobo or a speed controller like the zalman.
