Hey, I'm new here.. dunno if this kind of question would go on this part of the fourm so sorry if it don't ;)

Lately i've been getting a problem with the file EFNGNJ32.EXE.. every time i shutdown or reboot win it asks if i want to end task it.. or i'll see it pop in and out of my Processes under task manager

Have looked on the net for anything for that run everything i know to see if its a virus/spybot.. and nothing has come up

Is this some regular windows file that keeps screwing up on me? or.. wth is it
 
Try doing a search for that file and view its properties. Sometimes it'll include developer information.
 
Download spybot and adware and check for any spyware. Run trend housecall online virus scanner for any viruses. After that (if you know how) check all the places in the registry where files startup for anything that doesnt belong. If you have windows 98 or XP just go to a run box and type msconfig and remove anything you dont feel should be there from the startup of the machine.
 
ok finally got it :\ i had to run 5 diff anitivirus progs untill it finally come up, i just formatted too and this come up.. didnt really think it would be a virus so guess thats what it was :p
