Was hoping to snag this TV on black Friday to replace my aging pioneer plasma. Unfortunately I only see it for around $3k which is around the normal price over the last couple months. Anyone know of any special deals for this TV?
 
Is your Pioneer really going to shit, though. Can't believe how good mine still looks. Bought in 2009.

Honesty no, it's still awesome. But mine is a 720p elite so it's a bit long in the tooth. If I had gotten a 1080p kuro model a few months later, I'd still probably prefer that over getting a new one.
