Anyone know how to connect in wall phones to VOIP?

Where is the other end usually found? Is it something only local phone companies use? Is there a way I can use vonage for in wall phones too?

If you have a traditional phone system, just hook up vonage to a phone line and it will work.

If you have a fancy Distribution system, you will need to hook vonage up to the incoming line to the distribution system

Before you plug in your vonage device to the phone lines make sure you disconnect them at the telephone box. At our house it is a small sized grey box on the outside over were our power comes from the pole, but its different for everybody.

yeah.. and depending on how many phones, you'll need a ring booster too.

You need a stand alone or USB adapter for VOIP. Cut the main line to the phone and rewire VOIP line into the main jack. All your RJ11 jacks will be VOIP ready.
