It's not that hard to find a good motherboard once you pick out a processor. I know newegg does sell bundles with cpu/motherboard together, but the cpu would still need to be installed. The boards these bundles come with aren't always the best either. There is an alternative of boards with a cpu attached, but these are not the best idea because upgradability is extremely limited (if not impossible). They also do not typically offer the quality, features, or up-to-datedness (made up a word 
) that standalone options do.
