Anyone have trouble with Win2003 and hardware DEP?

Hey guys. I am running Windows 2003 Small Business Server on a Dell PowerEdge SC420. DEP was preventing me from running any of the SBS setup utilities. Everytime I would run one, it would crash out. I went into the Dell bios and disabled DEP in hardware. Software DEP does not seem to be causing any problems.

Is this a usual problem?
 
I'm running it on my shuttle, no problems. Its not normal from what I can see. Is this a raid install? Maybe you should do a clean install...
 
Yeah I have the OS installed on RAID 1. Why do you suspect RAID would cause problems with DEP?
