I see newegg has 2500+ Bartons mobile version. Ive sene people take these to 2500mhz pretty easy. Anyone here have experience?

my current XP-M is running at 2500mhz at 1.75Vcore 436fsb

this chip is simply amazing..you can run it at probally 1.55V at 2200mhz or give it some more juice at let it fly.

week of chip was 0408 or this year 8th week

good luck

See my sig.

I haven't begun to tweak the timings or really get into overclocking it. I installed windows at 1.8, after install clocked the ram to 200mhz, then to 216 and turned the vcore up 0.5 .
I'm rewiring the case to improve airflow and waiting for my VGA silencer and ramsinks to arrive on Tuesday, then we'll see how far she'll go.

Mobiles perform EXACTLY like their desktop counterparts right? Will me SLK-800A fit a mobile? Is there a diff between the 2400+, 2500+, and 2600+ models?

From what I've heard, they all overclock to about the same speeds. You are probably better off getting a 2400+ (cheaper)

:D

they are pretty much the same...a few small differences are
1) stock operating voltage is 1.45 instead of the 1.6 on desktops
2) stock FSB is 266, not 333
a slk-800a will fit fine..
it seems as if teh 2600's oc the most, but really they are all kickass, so i would get what ever fits ur budget

my 2500m is running at 200x11 @ 1.45 . Not going to push it anymore.

My 2500+ M is running at 12.5 x 200 at 1.65V on a stock AMD cooler. Runs pretty hot like that right now though... waiting for my waterblock to come... :)
