Anyone getting slower performance with X64 Windows7 vs 32bit?

I was running Beta 1 32bit and it was flawless to me so when the "RC1" 7057 was released i figured i would install that and see hwo things progressed. However i installed x64 this time, i am getting alot of explorer freezes and such among other slowdowns here and there.

Anyone else have these troubles with the latest builds, looks like i am going to tryout the 7068 x86 instead now.

As long as you have 2GB of ram, you shouldn't notice a difference between x86 and x64. Makes me think there is just some type of issue with the build and your hardware. Try 7068 x64.

I had some issues with x64 7068, reverted to x86 7068 and had no issues. I've noticed no difference in my limited usage so far.

I've had issues with 64-bit builds as well. 32-bit builds are much smoother.
