Anyone get stuttering and small hitches in Serious Sam 4?

Hi.
Anyone have small stuttering and hitches sometimes during gameplay?
My pc is rtx 3090 gaming oc and 10850K + 32gb ram+psu Seasonic 850-Tx

Or its windows issue?

res/settings? lower some settings and see if it continues.

try lower setting and see if it continues. google also says to run it as admin and to make sure windows game bar and whatnot are off.
