Anyone ever tried modding this TFT?

TFT

Saw this thing on sale at KB Toys and just curious if anyone has ever used this for a case mod similar to the PSOne screen mod.

$20??? Man, I see this becoming as popular as the PS1 mod.

Wouldn't it be funny if they sold out of them, just because we wanted ti rip the guts out of it?

It doesn't seem useful as a secondary display--maybe a tertiary display!

I think I might buy one, to use it as an "animated case badge."

For $29 retail, it is definatly very low quality. I agree, it would be good as an "animated case badge" ;)

Sale Price: $19.99, it has gotten my gears turning!

He knows that, but considering that the suggested retail price was $29.99, he isn't expecting much.

Heh, ran to the local KB and this thing retails for 24.99. I was thinking of getting 2 of these and putting 1 screen on each side of my front bezel and then just running some kewl animation on them, be it a kewl flame or something.
