Anyone ever tried Advanced Windows Care?

Is Advanced Windows Care safe to use? I've tried ccleaner and it worked fine so far but AWC found more stuff. What I am wanting to do is speed up a slow pc by removing old files from registry and other places and to stop the my computer folder from running at startup. Any help would be appreciated!

I've been using it now for about a year and it really works great, I would probably go with just AWC 2 for now until they get the beta completely up to speed.
