There site says they require sales receipt but has anyone been able to RMA without one? Or was they turned down?

Reason I ask is because I bought one brand new sealed off a user online and he didnt have a receipt with it.

Well if you have the ones with lifetime warranty. Then no. I called in to set up an RMA, and the guy just asked me for date of purchase, and gave me an RMA number. I have a 6800 OC

YOu don't need the receipt. All you need to do is to take a picture of the serial number of the card and email that to them. They will then give you an RMA number.

And with me, all I did was call them and told them I bought it at Best buy and it was done. Gave me an RMA and away I went. :)

awsome

Was these RMA's recent? Could they have just started the receipt deal because their site said to save the receipt.
