I saw these and was wanting to make my own. Has anyone done this or know of a tutorial to do it?

Unless you don't mind damaging the molex plugs themselves, it's going to be tough. Those LEDs are surface mounted to a very thin PCB that slips over the pins of the connector.

They're pretty cheap IMHO, so I wouldn't personally try it on my on.
