bought an EVGA GTX 480 from newegg for 209.00 and have it overclocked to GTX 580 levels.... Metro2033 is just fine at max settings at 1080P

you are not running "max settings" smoothly with that card. even without physx you can see it would struggle so true max settings would even be lower than this.

Good read bro. AMD basically double prices from 6xxx series and nvidia is like wtf We'll just charge $500 for a mid range card.

Hate to see what big kep costs. 780 might be like $700 at this rate

6870 sold for $190 most of it's life 7870 is $340 $150 more
6950 sold for $250 most of it's life 7950 is $400 $150 more
