I just ordered this...
in plans to build my own case from scratch. I've modded all my cases to hell and back but in the end it's always someone elses case to start from.
My plans are to be as close to a SFF pc as I can. My current PC is a xpack with a full 240mm rad. I've pretty much gutted the whole thing and while it works very well it's not completely custom. I'm planning on using a ATX mobo ( ASUS P5B Deluxe LGA 775 - 12" X 9.6"). The footprint of the pc should be no bigger then 12X10 which is acceptable to me.
What I am wondering is has anyone else build a case from scratch (no I don't think I'm the 1st person to come up with this idea I just haven't been able to find any other threads). If so did you keep a work log? I'm trying to get some ideas and view so I don't make too many mistakes. Plus is always nice to see what path other people have taken.
